Interests

I am interested in the power of storytelling and how people can communicate their own stories through multimodal learning. I help facilitate digital storytelling workshops for students and faculty to communicate research to broad audiences and am particularly interested in counternarrative.

As an instructional designer, I'm actively seeking more professional development opportunities with like-minded professionals. Please reach out to me if you have any projects or ideas you would like to discuss.

Projects

I develop online workshops geared towards Library users that promote open access, accessibility and equity. The online learning environments are designed to provide synchronous and asynchronous work through content management systems, learning management systems, webconferencing, and collaborative software. A key feature in each workshop is the cohort and community-building between students and the relationship-building between users and library mentors.
